Job Title: Operations Executive – Raw Material Logistics

Job Summary
The Operations Executive will be responsible for coordinating the movement of raw materials from suppliers to the plant. The role involves daily communication with suppliers and transporters, tracking vehicle movements, ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining operational records manually or in Excel, and resolving logistics issues. This position does not require ERP experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with suppliers for raw material dispatch planning.
- Arrange and follow up with transporters and drivers for timely vehicle placement.
- Track vehicle movement from supplier locations to the plant.
- Maintain regular communication with drivers regarding loading, transit, and unloading status.
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials as per production requirements.
- Prepare and maintain dispatch, delivery, and vehicle tracking records in Excel.
- Verify delivery documents and coordinate with the stores team for receipt of materials.
- Resolve transportation delays and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate with procurement, stores, and production teams for smooth material flow.
- Maintain daily MIS reports and logistics records.
- Ensure compliance with company safety and operational procedures.
Required Skills
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving ability.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and email.
- Ability to manage multiple transporters and suppliers simultaneously.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations is preferred.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or operations coordination.
- Experience in manufacturing or raw material logistics will be an added advantage.
- ERP knowledge is not required.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
