We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive with solid knowledge of industrial oils, greases, and lubricants. The ideal candidate should be skilled in generating leads, managing field sales activities, and building long-term customer relationships within manufacturing, automotive, and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and client referrals.
- Promote and sell lubricants, industrial oils, and greases to distributors, retailers, and industrial clients.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical discussions with customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
- Track competitor activities, market trends, pricing,



and product demand.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Handle customer queries, negotiate pricing, and close deals effectively.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM systems.
- Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams for order processing and timely delivery.

Minimum 2 years experience in field Sales

lubricants , Oil or Gress industry or Automobile industry experience

Preferred candidate profile
- 2-5 years of field sales experience in lubricants, oils, greases, or related industrial products.
- Strong knowledge of lubrication products and their industrial applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to conduct field visits independently and manage large territories.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred.
