Job Purpose

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring smooth execution of sales activities, order processing, customer communication, and coordination with internal departments. The role helps improve sales efficiency and customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate handling of sales-related processes.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and tenders.
- Coordinate with customers regarding inquiries, orders, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Track sales targets and prepare periodic sales performance reports.

Order Management
- Process customer orders and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with production, logistics,



and dispatch teams for order fulfillment.
- Monitor order status and keep customers informed of progress.
- Handle order modifications, cancellations, and customer requests.

Customer Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for routine customer communications.
- Address customer queries and coordinate issue resolution with relevant departments.
- Follow up on payments, pending orders, and customer feedback.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to support business growth.

Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare sales reports, MIS reports, and sales forecasts.
- Maintain records of contracts, purchase orders, and customer correspondence.
- Ensure proper documentation for audits and compliance requirements.
- Generate monthly and quarterly sales analysis reports.

Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate between sales, finance, logistics, and service departments.
