We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Cold Calling Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our products and services, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills and be confident in engaging with international customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients in international markets.
- Introduce the company's products and services professionally.
- Identify customer needs and qualify sales opportunities.
- Generate high-quality leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects via phone and email.
- Handle customer objections effectively and maintain a positive conversation.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Stay updated on company offerings and market trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Fluency in Spanish, French, German, or Dutch is highly preferred.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently with international clients.
- Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Robust organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, lead generation, inside sales, or customer outreach.
- Experience working with international clients or global markets.
- Knowledge of B2B sales and lead qualification is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹8,880.05 - ₹25,000.00 per month
