Whizz HR is hiring Head of Head of Digital Marketing to work with an Agency in
Mumbai and Pune

The Role

This is primarily a
Paid Media
role, owning performance campaigns end-to-end—from strategy and execution to optimization. MarTech, automation, and lifecycle marketing are supporting responsibilities. We're looking for someone who has managed large budgets, understands when to trust or override platform automation, and has used AI tools to drive measurable campaign results. This role offers a path to a paid media leadership position as AIM scales.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media
- Own campaigns across Google Ads (Search, PMax, Demand Gen), LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and DSPs (The Trade Desk, DV360).
- Manage budgets with accountability for CAC, ROAS, and pipeline growth.
- Leverage AI tools (Smart Bidding, Meta Advantage+, AI copy tools) to improve performance.
- Execute B2B paid strategies, including ABM, intent targeting, and CRM audience sync.
- Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research using SEMrush, Ahrefs, or SparkToro.

Analytics & Reporting




- Own GA4 tracking and build dashboards in Looker Studio or Power BI.
- Use AI (ChatGPT, Claude, GA4 predictive insights) to speed up analysis and reporting.
- Present performance insights and maintain UTM/tracking best practices.

Supporting Responsibilities
- Support CRM and MarTech integrations (HubSpot/Salesforce).
- Identify funnel issues using Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity.
- Assist with lifecycle/email campaigns and automate repetitive workflows using Zapier, Make, or n8n.

What We're Looking For
- 5–10 years
in paid/performance marketing, including
2–3 years managing ₹1 Cr+ annual budgets
with ROI accountability.
- Proven experience using AI in live campaigns with measurable business impact.
- Solid expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Hands-on experience with GA4 and Looker Studio or Power BI.
- B2B or enterprise marketing experience preferred; agency background is a plus.
