We're looking for an Engineering Team Lead to take ownership of our engineering team in India.

You'll lead day-to-day development, work closely with our Product and Leadership teams in
Spain and Sweden
, and make sure we deliver high-quality software on time. This is a hands-on leadership role, so we're looking for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, mentoring engineers, and building strong development processes.

Your responsibilities
- Lead and manage our Backend, Frontend, AI, QA and DevOps teams.
- Plan sprints, assign work and ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
- Be the technical point of contact between our India team and our European teams.
- Drive code quality through architecture reviews, Pull Requests, documentation and engineering standards.
- Identify risks early, remove blockers and keep development moving.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical discussions and day-to-day guidance.
- Support hiring,



technical interviews and onboarding of new developers.
- Share weekly updates on progress, risks and delivery status.

Skills & Experience

We're looking for someone with:
- 7+ years of software development experience.
- 3+ years leading engineering teams.
- Strong experience with Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, React/Next.js, AWS, Docker, REST APIs, Git and CI/CD.
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
- Excellent English communication skills.

Experience with
AI, LLMs, OpenAI APIs, RAG, Vector Databases or AI Agents
would be a robust advantage.
