About The Job:
- We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Business Systems Analyst / Consultant to support 3rd party tools like Gong, SaleLoft, NiCE Work Force Management.
- This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can bridge business requirements with technical implementation, work closely with stakeholders across sales operations, legal, security, and engineering, and drive end-to- end solution delivery.

Essential Job Functions:
- Lead requirements gathering, process mapping,



and solution design for Gong, SaleLoft, NiCE Work Force Management
- Solid knowledge and hands on configuration experience with Gong, SaleLoft, NiCE Work Force Management
- Serve as the primary BSA liaison between Sales and Support business stakeholders and the technical delivery team.
- Develop detailed user stories, functional specifications, data flow diagrams, and process documentation.
- Drive UAT planning, test case development, and defect triage with business users
- Support change management, training documentation, and go-live readiness activities
- Ensures the application is supported by creating comprehensive requirement documentation and test cases.

Qualifications:

Basic Skill:
- 7 years of Salesforce BSA / Consultant experience with at least 3 years at a senior level
- Deep hands-on experience with Gong, SaleLoft, NiCE Work Force Management configuration, customization, and optimization
