Position Summary





This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate and compliant recording of financial transactions and maintaining thorough, current accounting records. It supports timely financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and strong financial controls through journal postings, reconciliations, statutory filings, and employee-related financial activities. The position also plays a key role in facilitating effective vendor management, asset accounting, and payroll-related processes in accordance with established accounting standards and legal requirements.

Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Accurately record and maintain all financial transactions in compliance with established accounting principles.
- Record and Maintain Purchase Orders, vendor bills, Vendor Payments, and fixed asset Records.
- Prepare and post monthly, quarterly, and annual journal entries.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of indirect tax returns (GST, TDS, PT, PF, MLWF).
- Review and process employee reimbursement claims
