Role and Accountabilities:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Integrated Risk Management IRM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and configuring IRM solutions, collaborating with business and technical teams,



and ensuring scalable and compliant implementations.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow IRM modules including Policy Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management Issue and Remediation management.
- Create custom workflows, scripts, UI policies, business rules, and integrations (REST/SOAP/MID Server) to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements for IRM modules.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for IRM processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the ServiceNow IRM modules.
- Document technical designs, development standards, and implementation guides.
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and governance standards.
