Role Description
The Construction Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram, responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. This role includes managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating with project teams, contractors, and suppliers,



and ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and in line with quality standards. The Construction Manager will enforce construction safety protocols, monitor progress, and implement project controls to address risks and issues promptly. Responsibilities also include preparing and reviewing project reports, supporting budget management and cost control, and ensuring compliance with company policies, local regulations, and sustainability objectives. The role requires regular site inspections, stakeholder communication, and leadership of on-site teams to drive performance and productivity.

Qualifications
- Ability to lead and manage on-site teams, demonstrating strong supervisory skills and people management capabilities.
- Proficiency in construction project planning and execution, with experience in construction methods, materials, and site management.
