We're looking for a passionate
Chess Curriculum Developer
to build a world-class chess program from the ground up.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves
chess, education, and curriculum design
.

You will own the complete development of our Chess curriculum while working closely with the

Head of Product
. From designing lessons and assessments to testing the curriculum with students and building a team of educators, you'll play a key role in launching and scaling our Chess program globally.

Key Responsibilities
- Design a structured, age-appropriate Chess curriculum for children aged
5–16 years
- Create engaging lesson plans, worksheets, practice activities, puzzles, and assessments
- Coach the first batch of students to validate and improve the curriculum through real classroom feedback
- Develop tournament formats, grading rubrics, and learning milestones
- Recruit, train, and mentor Chess educators
- Enable educators to deliver high-quality classes while supporting parent engagement and student retention
- Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI assistants to accelerate curriculum development and content creation
- Continuously improve the curriculum based on student outcomes and feedback
