The buyers are TA heads, hiring managers, and founders. You ll prospect, pitch, negotiate, close and keep recruiters coming back.

We re open to people from outside education. If you ve carried a quota selling into HR or talent teams HR tech, staffing, RPO, B2B SaaS your skills transfer directly.

What you ll own
Build a pipeline of employers from scratch (cold outreach across sectors)
Pitch why hire from KRMU and close on roles, CTC, and PPOs
Turn one-time recruiters into repeat hiring partners
Run the recruiting cycle end to end drives, virtual hiring, PPTs




Keep a clean pipeline and forecast honestly

Who you are
3 8 years in quota-carrying B2B sales, key accounts, or BD
Strong at cold outreach and senior-buyer negotiation
Organized operator who hits dates and targets
NCR-based or willing to relocate; open to travel

Backgrounds we want
HR tech / talent SaaS, staffing / RPO, B2B SaaS, media ad sales, BFSI relationship management, consulting BD. No education experience required.
