About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven
Junior IT Recruiter
to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT recruitment and a passion for identifying and engaging top technical talent. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build expertise in end-to-end IT hiring while working in a fast-paced and collaborative setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across various technologies.
- Understand job requirements and source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support offer rollouts, documentation, and pre-joining engagement activities.




- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Update recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases accurately.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely communication throughout the hiring process.
- Meet assigned hiring targets and timelines with quality submissions.

Required Qualifications:
- B.Tech
degree (Mandatory).
- 6 months to 2 years
of experience in IT Recruitment.
- Basic understanding of the IT recruitment lifecycle and technical hiring.
- Hands-on experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to hiring for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, React, Angular, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, Business Analysis, or Full Stack Developmen
