Qualification: Bachelor’s degree In Any Specialization.

Experience: Graduate with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Retail/ Sales. Background in Gems & Jewelry industry is mandatory.

Job Purpose:

Our client is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to drive sales growth, deliver exceptional customer service, and oversee end-to-end store operations. The role involves leading and developing the store team, managing inventory and compliance, enhancing customer relationships and ensuring operational excellence to achieve business objectives.

Key Accountabilities:

*Sales and Customer Service-*

· Achieving business growth by ensuring target achievement and year on year growth in Sales.

· Category wise contribution performance and deep diving in optimum stock to lead the business growth.

· Increasing Gold & Diamond Stock Turn, Ageing analysis of products and replenishment on time.





· New generation of customers along with revival of dormant customers.

· Ensuring future business growth by generating sales through monthly schemes.

· Ensuring positive score on customer feedback and reducing non conversion in sales.

· Build and maintain robust customer relationships, fostering loyalty and repeat business ensuring growth in average ticket size.

· Analysing all kinds of data for a positive target-oriented store health.

*Store Operations Management-*

· Oversee all day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

· Adhering store SOPs and Compliance and ensuring zero deviation.

· Visual merchandising at store for more customer delight.

· Managing inventory control, including timely stock replenishment, to ensure high stock turn.

· Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures and safety regulations.
