Warehouse & Operations Manager |

This is not just another operations rolewere looking for someone who can build systems, drive efficiency, and scale operations as we grow rapidly across D2C, Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, Myntra, and Quick Commerce.

Location - Mumbai

Salary - 40,000 60,000 per month (depending on experience)

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

What You’ll Own

* End-to-end warehouse operations

* Inventory planning and stock accuracy

* Inward, storage, dispatch, and returns management

* Marketplace order fulfillment (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra & D2C)

* Team leadership and SOP implementation

* Logistics and 3PL coordination

* Process automation and operational excellence

* Daily MIS reporting and cross-functional coordination





We’re Looking For

* 3+ years of experience in warehouse, supply chain, or operations management

* Experience in cosmetics, skincare, FMCG, or e-commerce brands

* Solid knowledge of WMS/ERP systems and inventory management

* A leader with an ownership mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

* Someone who can build scalable processes, improve efficiency, and deliver operational excellence
