Role & responsibilities

1. US Procurement Solicitation Review
- Analyze RFPs, RFQs, ITBs, addenda, forms, exhibits, and related attachments, to identify mandatory terms, eligibility

thresholds, evaluation criteria, submission mechanics, and non-negotiable compliance requirements.
- Prepare go/no-go legal inputs, exception matrices, mitigation options, and commercial guardrails for pricing, scope, delivery

obligations, and contractual exposure.

2. Proposal Legal Workstream and Submission Governance
- Support the legal workflow for RFP proposal submissions by ensuring bid packages align with RFP requirements.
- Support pre-sales and post-award processes, co-ordinate delivery teams regarding contractual terms and maintain relevant

compliances.

3. Contract Drafting, Negotiation, and Commercial Legal Support
- Draft, review, redline, and negotiate NDAs, partnership agreements, prime contracts, subcontracts, MSAs, SOWs, SLAs,

change orders, and related legal documents.




- Translate business goals into enforceable contract language and ensure alignment between proposal commitments, pricing

assumptions, delivery obligations, and final contract terms.

4. Compliance, Registrations, Certifications, and Vendor Eligibility
- Support business registrations, tax registrations, state-specific filing requirements, maintain diversity certifications such as

DBE, MWBE, contract vehicles such as GSA Schedule, CMAS and so on.
- Maintain security certifications and compliances such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, CMMC, NIST, FedRAMP for Consultadd.

5. Contract Lifecycle Management and Delivery Support
- Maintain contract records from intake through signature, renewals, amendments, close-out, insurance and audit obligations.
- Serve as a legal point of contact from the inception of an RFP through delivery for clause interpretation, change control, dispute

avoidance, escalation support, and early resolution strategies.
