Automation engineer is responsible for programming, troubleshooting and maintaining automation systems in Battery pack plant. Key focus on improvement equipment performance, recent automation projects.

Role & responsibilities

1. Experience on Laser welding, Cell stacking, cell Sorting, Cyclers.

2. Work with Siemens S7-1500, Rockwell Automation and Mitsubishi electric.

3. Modify, implement logic for machine control , safety interlocks and process sequences.

4. Design and develop HMI Interfaces , Alarms, data logging systems.

5. Troubleshoot the communication faults, electrical failures.

6. Work on communication protocols like profinet, Ethernet, Modbus.

7. Work on Industry 4.0 and MES.

8. Documentation PLC logics, wiring diagrams and SoPs.

9. Experience in VFDs, Servo systems, control panels.

10. Knwoledge on Robotics- KUKA, Fanuc, ABB, Kawasaki.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications: Diploma in Mechatronics / Instrumentation

Experience: 3+ years of experience in industrial/ automation process.
