What You ll Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end business analysis activities across complex, cross-functional projects
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, shaping requirements and influencing strategic decisions
- Analyze business processes, systems, and data flows to identify optimization and transformation opportunities
- Drive requirements elicitation through workshops, stakeholder interviews, and collaborative sessions
- Perform deep root cause analysis and recommend scalable, long-term solutions
- Translate business needs into clear, structured, and actionable requirements (user stories, functional specs, process flows)
- Define and model data structures, integrations,



and system interactions aligned with business goals
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, aligning business and technical teams on scope, priorities, and solutions
- Support and contribute to solution design , working closely with architects and development teams
- Ensure requirements quality through validation, refinement, and continuous stakeholder feedback
- Contribute to business case development and support decision-making with data-driven insights
- Promote and implement best practices in business analysis , improving processes, standards, and documentation
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
- Actively contribute to Agile ceremonies and help teams maintain structure, clarity, and delivery focus

What We re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis or related roles, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects
