We are seeking a passionate Social Media Manager who can own and execute Biotiques social media strategy across platforms including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of beauty, skincare, and consumer behavior, with the ability to create engaging content strategies, manage communities, drive conversations, and build brand affinity through cutting-edge digital storytelling.

This role requires a combination of creativity, strategic thinking, content planning, platform expertise, trend awareness, and analytics-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand objectives.
- Build monthly content calendars across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Identify content opportunities based on beauty trends, consumer interests, seasonal moments, and cultural insights.
- Create strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, community growth, and consumer loyalty.




- Stay updated with evolving social media trends, algorithms, formats, and platform best practices.

Instagram Management
- Own Instagram strategy including Reels, Stories, Feed posts, Carousels, and Community engagement.
- Develop content ideas around skincare routines, ingredients, product education, beauty tips, tutorials, and consumer stories.
- Track Instagram analytics and optimize content based on reach, engagement, saves, shares, and conversions.
- Drive engagement through polls, Q&A;, interactive stories, and community initiatives.

YouTube Management
- Develop YouTube content strategy including Shorts and long-form videos.
- Plan content around product education, skincare expertise, tutorials, influencer collaborations, and brand storytelling.
- Optimize video titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and SEO for improved discoverability.
- Monitor channel performance and audience insights.
