We're looking for passionate, knowledgeable, and client-focused Personal Trainers who are committed to helping people achieve life-changing results.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions with exceptional professionalism.
- Assess clients' fitness levels, movement patterns, and goals.
- Design customized workout programs based on individual needs.
- Monitor client progress and modify training plans accordingly.
- Ensure correct exercise technique and prioritize client safety.
- Motivate and educate clients to build sustainable fitness habits.
- Maintain accurate client workout logs and progress records.
- Collaborate with nutritionists and the coaching team to optimize client outcomes.
- Build strong client relationships and deliver a premium coaching experience.
- Keep the studio clean, organized, and ready for every session.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in fitness and exercise science.
Requirements
- Certified Personal Trainer (ACE, ACSM, NSCA, NASM, ISSA, K11, or equivalent).
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Sports Science, Exercise Science, or Physiotherapy is preferred.
- 1–5+ years of personal training experience (freshers with exceptional knowledge may also apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, strength training, fat loss, and functional fitness.
- CPR & First Aid certification is an advantage.
- Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
