- Oversee regional business development, sales strategies, and market expansion across assigned territories.
- Lead, mentor, and drive the performance of localized sales teams and Area Business Officers.
- Establish and maintain solid relationships with distributors, retail partners, and key institutional accounts.
- Analyze market trends, forecast sales targets, and implement localized marketing initiatives to drive growth.
