The Website Developer will be responsible for the day-to-day management, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the companys WordPress websites. The role focuses on ensuring websites remain up to date, visually consistent, technically functional, SEO-friendly, and optimized for lead generation.

The role requires hands-on experience with WordPress, WooCommerce, website maintenance, and basic coding for customizations when required.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Management

* Maintain company websites on WordPress.

* Create and update webpages, product pages, blogs, and landing pages.

* Ensure consistent formatting and branding across all websites.

* Upload images, brochures, videos, and downloadable resources.

* Keep website content accurate and up to date.

Website Maintenance

* Perform plugin and theme updates.

* Monitor website uptime and functionality.

* Identify and resolve website errors and broken links.

* Coordinate website backups and security updates.

* Work with hosting providers when required.

Development & Customization





* Modify existing WordPress templates.

* Make basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP changes for layout and functionality.

* Configure forms, menus, widgets, and plugins.

* Troubleshoot website issues independently.

SEO & Performance

* Implement on-page SEO best practices.

* Optimize page loading speed.

* Compress and optimize images.

* Maintain metadata, redirects, sitemaps, and structured content.

* Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Search Console.

Digital Marketing Support

* Create campaign landing pages.

* Support marketing initiatives with website updates.

* Add banners, forms, CTAs, and promotional content.

* Assist with tracking codes and analytics setup when required.
