Role Description
The Inside Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. In this position, the associate will engage with prospective and existing learners via calls, messages, and online channels to understand their exam preparation needs and recommend appropriate Oliveboard courses and products. Daily responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound leads, explaining product features and pricing,
handling queries, and guiding learners through the enrollment process. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM, following up on leads, and nurturing relationships to support renewals and upselling. The Inside Sales Associate will work closely with customer support and marketing teams to ensure a smooth learner journey and contribute to revenue growth and customer satisfaction targets.
Qualifications
