Must to Have
·2–5 years of experience in inbound sales, inside sales, sales coordination, or customer support.
· Experience handling IndiaMART or similar B2B marketplace enquiries is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales enquiries from IndiaMART, website, WhatsApp, email, social media, and other digital channels.
- Respond to leads promptly, understand requirements, and qualify potential customers.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer records in the CRM.
- Prepare and share quotations, product details, brochures, and technical information.
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, product details, and delivery schedules.
- Follow up regularly with leads and track quotation status until closure.
- Support the sales team in converting qualified enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Handle customer queries and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and lead MIS reports.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team to monitor lead quality and campaign performance.
