About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Administrator to manage and oversee all IT-related activities in our coworking space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless technology experience, managing networks, maintaining IT infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting members with their IT needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Network & WiFi Management:
Ensure stable and secure WiFi connectivity, troubleshoot network issues, manage firewalls, and optimize bandwidth distribution.
- IT Infrastructure Maintenance:
Oversee and maintain IT hardware, including routers, modems, printers, projectors, and workstations.




- Technical Support:
Assist members and staff with IT-related queries, including software installations, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and resolving hardware problems.
- Apps & Software Management:
Manage various software’s, applications, Erp (Farvision, Engage, Path finder, My gate etc) its renewals and provide support for digital applications used by members.
- Security & Data Protection:
Implement cybersecurity measures, manage access control systems, and ensure data protection compliance (such as GDPR compliance and Audit, Cyber audit, cyber insurance)
- Vendor Coordination:
Liaise with third-party service providers for IT-related support, procurement, and maintenance.
- IT Setup for Recent Members:
Assist in setting up workstations, configuring devices, and ensuring new members have access to necessary IT resources.
- System Upgrades & Backup Management:
Ensure timely update
