Job Description – Data Manager
Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Data Manager to lead and streamline data operations across the organization. The role involves managing a team of data analysts, overseeing reporting and analytics functions, creating automated workflows and dashboards, and providing strategic insights to support business decisions in the real estate sector.

The ideal candidate will work closely with Directors, CRM, Accounts and Sales teams to ensure accurate reporting, smooth data flow, operational efficiency, and actionable business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management
- Manage, mentor, and supervise the Data/MIS team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion of tasks.
- Foster a collaborative and performance-driven work workplace.
- Coordinate with CRM, Accounts, Sales, Finance, and Admin teams for smooth data operations and reporting.
- Act as a central point of coordination between CRM and Accounts for payment, booking, and customer-related data processes.

Data Management & Operations




- Maintain and monitor booking, payment, transaction, cancellation, refund, and customer records.
- Handle CP (Channel Partner) invoicing processes, bill verification, invoice release coordination, and related reporting.
- Ensure accuracy, reconciliation, and integrity of financial and operational data.
- Develop and implement workflow improvements and automation processes to simplify operations for various departments.
- Build and maintain automated boards, dashboards, trackers, and reporting systems.

Data Analysis & Business Insights
- Analyze real estate data related to property sales, customer behavior, pricing strategies, market trends, occupancy, and business performance.
- Generate actionable insights to support property sales strategies, market planning, and business growth.
