Job Title: Proposal Manager (US IT Services)

Job Summary

Our client seeking a Proposal Manager SLED (State, Local, and Education) to lead and manage the development of high-quality, compliant proposals focused on IT services opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience managing RFP, RFQ, and RFI responses for IT services contracts and working closely with business development, solution architects, and technical teams to create compelling proposals. This role will support the full proposal lifecycle from opportunity qualification through submission.

Key Responsibilities

Proposal Management
- Manage end-to-end proposal development for SLED IT services opportunities.
- Analyze RFP/RFQ/RFI requirements and develop compliance matrices.
- Create proposal outlines, schedules, and submission plans.
- Ensure proposals fully comply with solicitation requirements and evaluation criteria.

Proposal Writing (Hands-On)




- Serve as a hands-on proposal writer for key sections including executive summaries, technical approaches, management plans, and solution narratives.
- Translate complex IT services solutions into clear, compelling, and evaluator-focused proposal content.
- Collaborate with solution architects, SMEs, and leadership to develop strong win themes and messaging.
- Ensure proposal responses clearly highlight value propositions, differentiators, and client advantages.
- Review, edit, and refine proposal content to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance.

Proposal Development
- Write and edit proposal sections including executive summaries, technical approaches, management plans, and solution narratives.
- Work with solution architects and technical SMEs to translate complex IT solutions into clear proposal messaging.
- Ensure proposals highlight value propositions, differentiators, and client benefits.

Proposal Coordination
