Clayco is redefining premium beauty in India — and customer loyalty is our biggest growth engine. We’re looking for a Retention Specialist to design customer journeys that turn first‑time buyers into lifelong brand advocates.

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai (Work from Office)

What You'll Do

Design retention strategies that boost repeat purchases and customer lifetime value.

Run CRM campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, SMS, Push, and Web Push.

Segment customers using RFM, cohorts, purchase frequency, and product affinity.

Build loyalty programs that reward and delight customers.

Execute personalized campaigns for cross‑sell, upsell, replenishment, and win‑back.

Analyze retention metrics like Repeat Rate, LTV, Churn, and CRM Revenue.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with Growth, Marketing, Product, and Brand teams.

Leverage AI tools to predict churn, personalize communication, and automate workflows.

Deliver insights to leadership on customer health and ROI.

What We're Looking For

✔️ 3–6 years in CRM, Retention,



or Lifecycle Marketing.

✔️ Hands‑on experience with platforms like QuickEngage, WebEngage, MoEngage, or CleverTap.

✔️ Robust knowledge of Shopify, GA4, and marketing automation tools.

✔️ Understanding of retention KPIs: Repeat Rate, LTV, Cohort Analysis, Churn.

✔️ Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Bonus If You Have

⭐ Experience designing loyalty programs or gamification.

⭐ Exposure to AI‑driven personalization or predictive churn models.

⭐ Knowledge of advanced customer journey mapping.
