Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager Enterprise Video Solutions to drive business growth for Jabras Video Conferencing and Unified Communication solutions across the assigned region. The role will be responsible for developing enterprise business, managing channel and partner relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving revenue growth in the Video Solutions business.

The ideal candidate should have robust experience in B2B/Enterprise sales, preferably in Video Conferencing, Unified Communications, AV/IT infrastructure, collaboration solutions, or related technology products.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development
- Drive sales and revenue growth for Jabras Video Conferencing / Unified Communication solutions in the assigned region.
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in enterprise, corporate, government, and channel segments.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.




- Develop go-to-market plans for video collaboration solutions across target accounts and verticals.
- Engage with customers to understand business needs and position Jabra solutions effectively.

Account Planning & Development:
- Develop detailed account plans and strategies for each key enterprise customer.
- Manage and grow relationships with key enterprise customers, consultants, and strategic accounts.
- Drive repeat business and account penetration by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective coordination with internal teams and partners.

Channel / Partner Management
- Work closely with distributors, resellers, SI partners, and alliance partners to generate business for video solutions.
- Enable partners through product training, joint customer visits, and sales support.

Market Development
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer requireme
