- Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and other channels to generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet those needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding product features, pricing, and availability.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of Inside Sales experience (Essential).
- Proven track record of success in sales or customer service roles, your previous success speaks for itself
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, you know how to connect with clients and seal the deal.
- Self-motivated and team-oriented, whether working independently or collaborating with colleagues, you deliver results.
- Proficiency in Architectural, Interiors & Engineering software (A plus, but not a dealbreaker).
- Previous sales experience is a must
- This is a strictly work-from-office position
