Key Responsibilities
- Drive product planning cycles aligned with business and commercial goals.
- Own roadmap governance, release management, risk management, and executive reviews.
- Establish and monitor OKRs, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Lead AI governance, Responsible AI (RAI), compliance, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Enable collaboration across Product, Presales, Business, Delivery, and GTM teams.
- Institutionalize best practices, reusable frameworks, and scalable operating models.
- Ensure consistency in GTM collateral, client engagements, and market insights.

Desired Profile
- 12–18 years of experience
- Proven experience managing Product Excellence/Product Ops functions within Software, SaaS, Platform, or AI organizations.
- Solid expertise in OKRs, Agile/Scrum, governance, portfolio management, and business operations.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change in ambiguous environments.
- Understanding of product/IP development and commercial models.
- Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (MBB) preferred.
