A reputed Cardiac Care Hospital in Vadodara is looking for an experienced and proactive IT Head to lead and manage its Information Technology Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the hospital's IT infrastructure, network security, and healthcare information systems.

Salary- ₹50,000 per month (CTC)

Eligibility
- Graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Manager, IT Head, or IT In-Charge, preferably in a hospital or healthcare workplace.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Firewall Management, Networking, Server Administration, and IT Security.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the hospital's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, systems, and hardware.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of the Hospital Information System (HIS), software applications, and databases.
- Configure, monitor,



and maintain SQL databases, network infrastructure, firewalls, and cybersecurity measures.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and system-related issues to minimize downtime.
- Implement data backup, disaster recovery, and information security protocols.
- Coordinate with software vendors and third-party service providers for system maintenance and upgrades.
- Monitor IT assets, software licenses, and annual maintenance contracts (AMCs).
- Ensure compliance with hospital IT policies, data security standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and supervise the IT support team, providing technical guidance and training.
- Prepare IT reports, documentation, and recommendations for system improvements and technology upgrades.

Required Skills
- Strong expertise in SQL Database Management.
- Hands-on experience with Firewall Configuration and Network Security.
- Sound knowledge of LAN/WAN, VPN, Ro
