Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Franchise Business Manager based in Surat. The Franchise Business Manager will oversee franchise sales, onboarding, and relationship management with franchise partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing business plans,
monitoring franchise performance, and ensuring alignment with company standards and compliance requirements. The role involves managing P&L; for franchise operations, tracking key performance indicators, and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. The Franchise Business Manager will collaborate with internal teams, provide regular reporting to leadership, and support training and guidance for franchise partners to maintain a consistent brand and client experience.
