We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Sales Advisors / Relationship Managers to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be the face of Spinny, guiding customers through their car-buying journey, understanding their needs, and building lasting relationships to ensure a smooth, premium vehicle purchasing experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Advisory: Greet and consult with walk-in customers to understand their preferences, budget, and requirements.
- Relationship Management: Build robust rapport with prospective buyers and maintain long-term relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Test Drives & Demonstrations: Conduct test drives safely and explain the unique value propositions, features, and certifications of Spinny cars to potential buyers.
- Sales Conversion: Guide customers through the entire sales lifecycle—from vehicle selection to final documentation and delivery.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate with the internal operations and inspection teams to ensure the vehicle is perfectly prepped for customer presentation.
Key Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory Requirements)
- Driving Skills: Must know how to drive a car and possess a valid driving license.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of proven sales experience (retail, automotive, or hospitality experience is a plus).
- Language Skills: Local language proficiency is required to effectively communicate with local clientele.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
