Position Summary

The
Service Advisor – Body Shop
serves as the primary point of contact for customers seeking accidental repair, denting, painting, and body repair services. The role is responsible for ensuring an excellent customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage, coordinating repairs, managing insurance claim processes, and ensuring timely delivery of vehicles while maintaining Maruti Suzuki's quality standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Relationship Management
- Welcome customers and understand their concerns regarding accidental damage and body repairs.
- Conduct a thorough inspection of the vehicle along with the customer.
- Explain the repair process, estimated cost, repair timeline, and expected delivery date.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding repair progress.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Vehicle Inspection & Estimation




- Inspect accident-damaged vehicles and identify repair requirements.
- Prepare detailed repair estimates using Maruti Suzuki guidelines.
- Recommend replacement or repair of damaged parts based on technical feasibility.
- Coordinate with insurance surveyors for claim assessment and approvals.
- Ensure transparency in repair estimates and billing.

Insurance Coordination
- Handle cashless and reimbursement insurance claims.
- Coordinate with insurance companies and surveyors for inspection and claim approval.
- Prepare and verify insurance documentation.
- Ensure timely submission of claim documents and follow-up until settlement.

Workshop Coordination
- Prepare Job Cards with accurate repair details.
- Coordinate with Body Shop Manager, technicians, painters, and spare parts department.
- Monitor repair progress and ensure work is completed within the committed timeline.
- Ensure availability of required spare part
