Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized
Supply Lead
to oversee supply operations, production planning, and stakeholder management.



The ideal candidate should be capable of collaborating with government organizations, NGOs, financial institutions, and internal teams to ensure seamless supply chain execution. This role requires strong leadership skills, an understanding of banking and financing processes, and the ability to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain operations.
- Plan and coordinate production activities based on demand forecasts.
- Build and maintain relationships with government departments, NGOs, SHGs, FPOs, and other external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with banks and financial institutions for financing initiatives and operational support.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of banking processes, financing, and working capital requirements.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, production, quality, and logistics teams.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure uninterrupted product availability.
