About Us

Clumsy Bumsy is a fresh cat food brand built D2C from the ground up no marketplaces, no middlemen, just a direct relationship with pet parents who trust us with what their cats eat. We're mid-way through a 5x manufacturing expansion and gearing up for an aggressive growth phase over the next 12 months. This is a company still being built, not run — and we're looking for someone who wants to build it with us.

About the Role

We're hiring a Marketing Lead to own and grow how Clumsy Bumsy shows up to the world — brand, content, campaigns, and everything that turns a stranger into a loyal cat parent. This isn't a role where you inherit a playbook and execute it. You'll be figuring out a lot of it in real time, testing quick, throwing out what doesn't work, and doubling down on what does.

You'll work directly with the CEO, who will personally train and mentor you on strategy, positioning, and how to think about growth. In return,



we expect you to be all in — this is a core team role, not a 9-to-6 job you clock out of.

What You'll Do
- Plan and run marketing campaigns across channels (social, content, WhatsApp, performance, community) and track what actually moves the needle
- Get hands-on with execution yourself — shooting content, writing copy, testing ad creative — rather than only directing others
- Bring fresh ideas to the table regularly, and be willing to test them cheaply and quickly rather than over-planning
- Read the numbers behind every campaign — CAC, conversion, repeat rate — and adjust based on data, not instinct alone
- Work closely with the CEO to shape brand strategy and marketing direction as the company scales
- Build and eventually lead a small marketing function as the role and the company grow

Who We're Looking For
- Early in your career — 1–3 years of experience, or a standout fresher with real hands-on project
