Job Description
- Robust proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem; Proficiency with Visual Studio / Visual Studio Code
- Hands-on experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core / .NET 6+
- Experience developing ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, and RESTful Web APIs
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design principles
- Experience providing L3 application support, including bug fixes and production issue resolution
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) skills
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) for incident, problem, and change management
- Ability to work in BAU + enhancements delivery models

Qualification
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
- Working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (Angular, React, or similar)




- Experience building responsive, user-centric web applications
- Understanding of UI/UX principles is a plus
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
- Exposure to Docker and containerized deployments is a plus
- Understanding of IIS configuration and troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP) is desirable
