Job summary

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead, Content Publishing within the Marketing team at JLL, to lead a high-performing team supporting Asia-Pacific stakeholders, development partners, and governance teams.

This role requires a strong people manager with expertise in digital platforms, operational excellence, stakeholder coordination, and team development.

The ideal candidate should possess solid technical knowledge across content management platforms, collaboration tools, analytics concepts, and work-management systems, along with exceptional communication and leadership capabilities.

Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team to ensure high-quality delivery and operational efficiency
- Drive team engagement, performance management, coaching, and career development
- Identify skill gaps and implement upskilling initiatives for continuous team growth
- Manage team capacity planning, workload distribution, and resource utilization

Operations delivery management




- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure adherence to defined processes and governance standards
- Drive operational excellence initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency
- Collaborate with stakeholders across markets, development partners, and governance teams to ensure seamless execution
- Track project deliverables, timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and process compliance

Stakeholder communication management
- Act as point of contact for business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Build strong working relationships across teams and partner organizations
- Facilitate regular governance discussions, status updates, and operational reviews
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences

Technical platform management
- Support and guide teams working on digital content and collaboration platforms
- Leverage analytics, SEO concepts, and AI-enabled tools to improve operational effect
