As part of our B2B expansion, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to build and strengthen relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Design Consultants, and Project Management Consultants (PMCs), driving product specifications and business growth across residential and commercial projects.

Role Overview

The Business Development Manager – Architect Connect will be responsible for developing a solid network within the architecture and interior design community, generating project leads, securing product specifications, and converting projects into business opportunities. The role demands a consultative selling approach, relationship-building skills, and the ability to influence key decision-makers involved in project design and execution.





Key Responsibilities

Architect & Designer Engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Design Consultants, PMCs, and Design Studios.
- Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and experience sessions to promote The Sleep Company's product portfolio.
- Drive product specifications for residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, and workplace projects.
- Position The Sleep Company as the preferred comfort solutions partner among the design community.

Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through architect and designer networks.
- Generate qualified project leads and build a healthy project pipeline.
- Convert product specifications into commercial orders by working closely with channel partners and internal sales teams.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
