ROLES RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assist in planning and executing social media strategies for multiple brands.
2. Support the creation of content calendars and social media campaigns.
3. Write captions, social media copies, and content briefs.
4. Research trending topics, viral content formats, and platform updates.
5. Assist in creating ideas for Reels, Shorts, carousels, and other social-first content.
6. Support UGC and creator collaboration initiatives.
7. Monitor social media channels, audience engagement, comments, and messages.
8. Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
9.



Track content performance and assist in preparing reports and insights.
10. Use AI tools for content research, ideation, and productivity support.
11. Collaborate with creative, content, and design teams on ongoing campaigns.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelors degree (or pursuing) in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, or a related field.
2. 0 6 months of experience or relevant internship experience in social media or content marketing.
3. Basic understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging social platforms.
4. Familiarity with Canva and basic content creation tools.
5. Awareness of social media trends, creator culture, and short-form video content.
6. Basic knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms is a plus.
7. Strong communication, writing, and creative thinking skills.
8. Eagerness to learn, experiment, and grow in a fast-paced agency environment.
