Location: Virtual (Work from Home)
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree
Shifts: Rotational (24x7 - Morning, Afternoon & Night)
Work Week: 5 days working + 2 consecutive rotational weekly offs Perks: Shift Allowances Provided
About the Role
Join our team and play a key role in ensuring smooth and accurate last-mile deliveries. You'll support address resolution, geocode corrections, map edits, driver support, route management, and other transportation-related operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual audits by following SOPs
- Resolve address and geocode-related issues
- Identify patterns and suggest process improvements
- Maintain trackers and workflow records
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders
- Meet SLA, productivity,
quality, and accuracy targets
- Escalate issues as per defined processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree ( Original or Provisional) is mandatory and should be available with candidates
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic knowledge of MS Word & Excel
- Fluent in spoken and written English
