About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented
Quality Analyst
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring customer interactions, evaluating service quality, identifying performance gaps, and providing constructive feedback to improve customer experience and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor inbound and outbound calls, emails, and customer interactions for quality compliance.
- Conduct quality audits and evaluate associate performance.
- Perform mock calls and product knowledge assessments.
- Analyze quality data and prepare performance reports.




- Coordinate call calibration sessions with stakeholders.
- Provide actionable feedback and coaching recommendations to team leaders and managers.
- Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and customer service guidelines.
- Identify areas of improvement and support continuous quality enhancement initiatives.

Requirements
- Excellent English listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel).
- Ability to work in early morning shifts.
- Robust attention to detail and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; Higher Secondary education required.
- Prior experience in Quality Assurance, Customer Service, or BPO Quality is an advantage.
