Job Description:
We are currently looking for an Executive- Agronomy (Voice Process) for Inera. In this role you will:
- Providing customers with information on products, services & offers
- Take calls from customers and do outbound calling (Inbound & outbound)
- Identifying customer needs
- Taking customer calls and solving queries
- Keep record of the customers, their complaints and comments as well as action taken care of.
