We work with startups, enterprises, and consultancies to integrate Generative AI into customer experience and operational workflows. Currently, we are partnering with US based client to drive a critical Insurance Implementation project, transforming their marketing technology stack and customer lifecycle communications.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly technical Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Tech Lead to join us as a freelancer on a contract basis. In this role, you will spearhead the technical execution of client’s SFMC enhancements, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical delivery.
You will be responsible for understanding complex requirements, guiding a team of developers, and coordinating seamlessly with cross-functional stakeholders. Your primary goal is to ensure the high-quality, timely delivery of advanced customer journeys and system integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership & Delivery: Lead the technical implementation and ensure quality, timely deliveries of SFMC journeys working alongside developers and cross-functional teams.
- Journey Consolidation & Architecture: Reconfigure customer experience communications with expanded logic and improved fallbacks across Email, SMS, and Direct Mail. This includes consolidating multiple quote follow-up journeys into a streamlined flow and developing a unified renewal experience for both invoice and auto-bill customers.
- Data & Integration Management: Ensure proper data triggers and payload integrity from Guidewire to SFMC via the service layer.
- Cross-Platform Connectivity: Oversee the integration of SFMC with external systems, including Claravine for campaign management, and ensure data pass-back capabilities to platforms like Segment CDP, Snowflake, Search Ads 360, and Meta Ads.
