Job Overview

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with robust expertise in travel finance, IATA BSP reconciliation, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accurate settlement processes, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

This role requires someone who can independently handle financial operations while supporting business growth through accurate reporting and financial control.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day accounting activities of the company.
- Prepare and issue customer invoices for flights, hotels, holiday packages, visa services, and other travel services.
- Record daily receipts, customer payments, refunds, and supplier invoices accurately.
- Verify and reconcile cash, bank, credit card, UPI, and online payment transactions.
- Process customer receipts and maintain proper accounting records.
- Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments to airlines, hotels, consolidators,



and other travel partners.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain payment vouchers, receipts, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate records of expenses, reimbursements, and petty cash.
- Prepare GST/VAT-related reports and support statutory compliance.
- Assist with payroll processing and employee expense claims.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and tax consultants.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
- Ensure all financial records are accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies.
