Role Description
The Head of Distribution – Personal Loan will lead and scale the personal loan distribution network across India in a full-time, hybrid role, combining in office work with some work-from-home flexibility. This role includes designing and executing distribution strategies, acquiring and managing channel partners, and driving sales performance across regions. The individual will oversee regional teams, set targets,



monitor performance metrics, and ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements. Daily responsibilities include building strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, and DSAs, optimizing operational workflows with logistics and CRM teams, and collaborating with product, marketing, and technology functions to enhance the personal loan offering. The role also involves analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing initiatives to improve customer experience and partner engagement.

Qualifications
- Strong Business Relationship Management skills, with experience building and maintaining partnerships with banks, NBFCs, DSAs, and other distribution partners.
- Demonstrated Team Management capabilities, including leading regional sales teams, setting goals, coaching, and performance tracking.
- Proven Sales expertise in retail or personal loans, with a track record
