Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Generate and qualify leads for the Business Development team.
- Explain the companys Enterprise Solutions and IT services to potential clients.
- Schedule appointments and follow-up meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Build positive relationships with customers and address their basic queries.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Update CRM and prepare daily call reports.

Eligibility
- 0 2 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Service, Sales, or Business Development.
