- Lead the in-house channel performance team — the existing Performance Marketing – Quick Commerce and the current Performance Marketing – E-commerce report in.
- Manage the Shizz relationship for Meta as an interim arrangement — set targets, review performance, hold them accountable — and plan and execute the transition to an in-house Meta / YouTube team, then hire and lead it.
- Build the performance function: structure, tooling, dashboards and the hiring roadmap as spends scale.
IN-CHANNEL / RETAIL MEDIA
- Own overall retail-media strategy and blended ROAS / TACOS across qcom (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart) and marketplace (Amazon, Flipkart), setting the framework the channel performance team executes against.
- Partner with the qcom and marketplace KAMs so ad investment maps to assortment, availability and margin — no spending behind OOS or low-margin SKUs.
BRAND-SIDE DIGITAL — META / YOUTUBE / GOOGLE
- Own the full-funnel paid strategy on Meta, YouTube, Google Search / Shopping and programmatic — acquisition, retargeting and D2C growth.
- Drive creative testing at scale with the brand team — hooks, formats, UGC — and build a feedback loop between creative and performance.
- Own audience, measurement and attribution — pixels, events, MMM / incrementality thinking — so decisions rest on real marginal return, not last-click vanity.
CROSS-CUTTING
- Own the performance budget and its allocation across channels; report blended CAC, ROAS, contribution and payback to leadership.
- Set the measurement and reporting standard across all paid channels (bring in the Dcluttr data layer where useful).
