Role Description

The Political Research Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in the Punjab. It involves extensive travel across the state.

The analyst will collect, organize, and interpret political, demographic, and market data to support campaign strategy and policy evaluation.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting primary and secondary research, performing statistical analysis, tracking political trends, and preparing reports, briefs, and presentations for internal teams and clients.





The role involves collaborating with campaign strategists and communication teams to translate data findings into practical recommendations.

The analyst will also monitor media and public sentiment, maintain research databases, and ensure all analysis meets rigorous accuracy and ethical standards.

Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex political, demographic, and market data.
- Experience with research methods, including primary and secondary research, and market research in a political or public policy context.
- Proficiency in excel and comfort using data analysis tools.
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to present findings clearly through written reports, visualizations, and presentations.
- Master's degree in Political Science, Public Policy, Economics, Statistics, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.
